Natural Fibre String

Our natural Coconut fibre string balls are handmade by the Araliya Community Company, a Fair Trade group owned and operated by women in Sri Lanka. Each string ball is 100m in length and comes with a tag explaining the story of this wonderful company.

Coconut string is strong and durable, it can be used in the garden to tie up plants, it can be used for crafts such as weaving and macramé or simply used for tying up your gifts and parcels.
